Welcome to NinjaAds Technologies. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the NinjaAds platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to comply with them.
2. Publisher Terms
- Publishers must only use approved, legitimate traffic sources
- Fraudulent traffic, click fraud, bot traffic, and incentivized traffic are strictly prohibited
- Publishers must not misrepresent offers or use deceptive promotional methods
- NinjaAds reserves the right to withhold payment and terminate accounts for policy violations
- Publishers must comply with all applicable laws including GDPR, IT Act, and DPDP Act
3. Advertiser Terms
- Advertisers must provide accurate campaign information and creatives
- All advertised products and services must be legal and comply with Indian laws
- Advertisers must pay agreed amounts within the stipulated timeframe
- NinjaAds is not responsible for advertiser product quality or claims
4. Tracking & Attribution
NinjaAds uses server-to-server pixel tracking for conversion attribution. All conversion data recorded by our system shall be final and binding for payout calculations. Disputes must be raised within 7 days of the payout date.
5. Payments
- Publisher payouts are processed as per the agreed payment schedule
- Minimum payout threshold applies as per account settings
- NinjaAds reserves the right to hold payments pending fraud investigation
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, automated software, or fraudulent means to generate clicks or conversions
- Promoting illegal products, adult content (unless approved), or misleading advertisements
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
- Using another user's account credentials
7. Termination
NinjaAds reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms without prior notice. Accrued legitimate earnings up to the violation date may be withheld pending investigation.
8. Limitation of Liability
NinjaAds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to you in the previous 30 days.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Purulia, West Bengal, India.
